Shane Moffitt

Shane has over twenty years of technical and leadership experience in cyber security and technology systems, including six years as the Victorian government's Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). 

An expert in stakeholder management and delivering outcomes through consensus. A proven leader overseeing security assurance and uplift in one of the most complex enterprises in the Asia Pacific.

Shane's influence extends to the strategic level, as he was the lead author of the Victorian Cyber strategy. This document defined how the combined efforts of the Victoria government would not only address risk to the government and the public, but also take advantage of economic opportunities.

Before being the Deputy CISO of the Victorian government, Shane was the Oceania lead for ISO27001 at EY (Ernst and Young). During that time, Shane advised some of Australia's and the world's largest enterprises on optimising cyber investment. Shane's qualifications include:

Sherilyn Moffitt (Hanson)

Sherilyn brings over thirty years of extensive experience in various sectors, including manufacturing, not-for-profit, charity, and training and development.

Her adaptability and versatility are evident in her five years as CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters Australia and three years as Chief Operating Officer of Leadership Victoria.

Sherilyn's professional journey is driven by her passion for social justice and mentoring. She founded the YMCA Bridge Project and the ReBuild social enterprise, which helped rehabilitate young offenders leaving custody, and was deeply involved with the youth justice system. 

As the manager overseeing the day to day operations and schedules of SHM Advisory, Sherilyn's exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail instill confidence in her ability to manage complex tasks with ease.
